Please read this entirely and carefully. I have the right to refuse your commission if you do not abide by these terms.

Disagreeing with these terms, you may not request a commission.

I do not allow my artwork to be used AI purposes and of the like. Do not upload it to any AI sites.

NFT usage is strictly forbidden.

Life tends to get in the way and expected wait time can change. Typically, it will take 1-2 weeks to complete an artwork. However, it will not take more than two months.

By commissioning me, you agree that you have read and accepted all of the terms of service that are described herein. You will agree here to the policy of using the art for personal, non-profit purposes, and provide all image credits to me.

Violators will be blacklisted indefinitely and without warning.

You, the Client, are expected to read my TOS and understand the commission prices.

You, the Client, may display my artwork on external sites as long as it is visibly credited and linked back to me.

You may not claim my work as your own.

You may use the artwork for personal use including but not limited to: avatars, phone or computer wallpapers, and personal website/profile displays

You reserve the right to print or create an otherwise physical reproduction of the artwork as long as it is for your PERSONAL use only (i.e. NOT for sale).

You are NOT authorized to change, modify, edit or use my artwork without my permission.

You are NOT authorized to trace over my artwork in any way.

Any form of harassment across any platform (be it on my profile or private messages) will NOT be tolerated. I reserve the right to put anyone on the blacklist over harassment.

By placing an order, you agree to these terms and service. Please read these terms carefully.

I reserve the right to post your finished artwork in my gallery for any reason.

I reserve the right to decline any commission or client for any reason.

I DO NOT draw the following: Full NSFW (Suggestive OK), Fetish Art, Mecha, Furry or anything that makes me uncomfortable/I am unable to draw.

I reserve the right to sign and/or watermark my own work. I will send you a full resolution image (by email or other form of social media), but my signature will remain on both the full resolution and smaller versions of the Artwork.

I retain all copyright over my work, which includes the right to redistribute, reproduce, or use the image as a sample for sales or self-promotion unless otherwise agreed upon. In the case of a Public Commission, I may do whatever I wish with the art (e.g. post it to other sites such as Instagram) but will give proper credit to you for ownership of the character’s design.

If you wish for your commission to be private, it must be stated during the ordering process.

I am not responsible for any mistakes that are made on your part over the course of the transaction.

For now, I accept USD via Ko-Fi and CAD via E-Transfer for payments.

It is expected that you deposit 100% of the price upfront before I begin the sketch/concepts.

Please make sure that you have read through all pricing details. I will not lower prices/give out discounts.

Tips are always appreciated, but are not necessary.

PLEASE provide a reference image of you character or name your character from any fandom for my to draw. Or, at the very least, provide a detailed description

The MOST helpful thing that you can do is to provide a small doodle of your own showing what you have in mind for character poses and compositions. Even if it's something as rough as a mouse drawing in MS Paint or on a Post-It Note, it helps so much

Respect the fact that I will need follow-up questions for more information of your character

I do not accept Refunds as of right now

You are NOT authorized to issue a chargeback for any reason.

If for any reason your PayPal account malfunctions or authorizes a refund request without your knowledge, you must contact me as soon as possible in order to resolve the issue.

You are required to contact me when you need to cancel a commission request.
